The Dory Pub and Restaurant is located inside the Dobson Yacht Club, and is nestled on Sydney’s picturesque harbor. The restaurant and pub is open year-round daily from 4pm - 9pm and is a 10 minute drive from the downtown business district.

 

The Dory opened in December 2020, offering an upscale pub menu and quickly became a local favorite for many residents of the area. The menu offers meals under $25.00, a full bar menu featuring a premium wine selections and local beers. The restaurant caters to families, larger groups and has a selection of seating arrangements.

 

During the late spring, the 90-seat patio opens equipped with patio heaters and lights and is quite popular as guests sit and watch the sunset on the skyline of Sydney Nova Scotia’s downtown business district.

 

The restaurant also boasts a 177-seat banquet room coupled with a large green space on the harbor

which is popular for weddings and events.
