A few years ago, Mark attended and graduated from the NSCC Culinary Arts program, receiving awards for his work. After working in different restaurants to get some experience he partnered with Neil, his father, and decided to open Mise en Place Catering. A few years later and a few thousand meals served, they have created a very successful catering business.

 

On a daily basis, they provide the food services out of a commercial kitchen to the residents of the Carl E. Rideout House and Williston House located on Churchill Drive, Sydney; cater to numerous events each month on Cape Breton Island; and opened The Dory Pub and Restaurant located in the Dobson Yacht Club in Westmount. They have a solid team of chefs and servers that can help make your event memorable.
