A few years ago, Krista and Mark attended and graduated from the NSCC Culinary Arts program, both receiving awards for their work. Working in different restaurants to get some experience they decided to break out on their own with Mise en Place Catering.
A few years later and a few thousand meals served, they have established a name for themselves and run a successful business. On a daily basis, they provide the food services out of a commercial kitchen to the residents of the Carl E. Rideout House and Williston House located on Churchill Drive, Sydney and cater to numerous events each month on Cape Breton Island. They have a solid team of chefs and servers that can help make your event memorable.
